Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemodialysis patients 2. Male or female 3. Age 20 to 75 years old 4. eGFR less than 15 ml per min per 1.73 m2 5. Have a mobile phone with an online application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myocardial infarction 2. Unstable angina 3. Congestive heart failure 4. Musculoskeletal and neurological disorders that may limit exercise 5. Chronic lung disease e.g., COPD, Asthma, bronchiectasis 6. Unstable hypertension
