Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Individuals
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current smoking status 2. Cardiopulmonary disease (asthma, COPD, and Allergies) 3. non-communicable diseases e.g., hypertension, DM, Dyslipidemia 4. Pregnancy 5. Unstable hemodynamics (Heart rate > 100 bpm, SBP > 140 mm Hg, and DBP > 90 mm Hg) 6. Pulse Oxygen saturation lower than 95%
