Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic gastric cancer, aged 18 years or older. 2 Willing to participate in the research and receiving treatment at Chiangrai Prachanukroh Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients without pathological reports. 2 Patients with other health conditions that may affect nutritional status, such as inflammatory bowel disease, short bowel syndrome, thyroid disease, marasmus, or kwashiorkor. 3 Gastric cancer patients receiving only palliative care without undergoing surgery or chemotherapy.
