60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Volunteers aged between 60 - 80 years, both male and female. 2) Can do daily activities by themselves (well-functioning elderly) 3) Can walk on their own without using a walking aid. 4) There is no pain in the skeletal and muscular system that hinders daily activities. (Pain: Visual analogue scale < 2 points) 5) Do not have any medical conditions or illnesses that may be affected or aggravated by participating in exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Project participants who are unable to communicate 2) Exercise more than 3 times/week for 3 consecutive months. 3) Have congenital diseases related to cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint disease, lung disease and asthma. They are at a serious stage or have not yet been treated. which is a prohibition of exercise

Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) Baseline, week 3, week 6 a measure 3 components of lower extremity function- standing balance, gait speed, and repeated sitting-to-standing, scores 0 (worst) to 12 (best).,Fall risk Baseline, week 3, week 6 Timed up and go test (TUG) assess mobility, who takes more than 12 seconds to complete the TUG is at risk for falling.

Fall risk by Falls Efficacy Scale (FES) Baseline, week 3, week 6 Falls Efficacy Scale (FES) is a 16-item questionnaire where individuals are instructed to score their concern of falling during an activity on a 4 point.
