Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult who were 30 years or older 2. Patients who met the criteria for HT, defined as having a persistent systolic blood pressure (SBP) equal or more 130-159 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) equal or more 80-99 mm Hg, or having a physician-diagnosed HT and currently receiving antihypertensive medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with psychopathic disorders 2. Individuals with pregnancy 3. Not willing to participate the study
