Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-35 years. 2. Pre-pregnancy BMI greater than or equal to 25 kilograms per square meter. 3. Overweight according to the Institute of Medicine (IOM, 2009) at 18-20 weeks of pregnancy. 4. Own a smartphone capable of using the LINE application. 5. Able to communicate and read and write Thai. 6. Consent to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-morbidities include diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, heart disease, high blood pressure, and psychiatric problems. 2. Other complications include anemia, multiple pregnancy, placenta previa, pre-labor hemorrhage, premature labor, gestational diabetes, and fetal abnormalities.
