Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai race and nationality. 2. In good health with no underlying chronic diseases. 3. Legally adult, aged between 18 and 60 years. 4. Able to read and write in the Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with serious infectious diseases or underlying chronic illnesses. 2. Individuals with oral health problems affecting chewing and swallowing. 3. Individuals currently taking dietary supplements or herbal products. 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 5. Individuals with cognitive impairments that affect communication. 6. Participants who withdraw from the study before completion. 7. Participants who fail to complete questionnaires or provide incomplete data.
