Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male children age of 5-15 2.Scheduled for elective circumcision 3.Informed consent from parent or guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunocompromised state 2.Active genital infection 3.History of cardiac surgery 4.History of medication allergy 5.Failure to complete follow-up 6.Protocol non-adherence
