Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20 years or older, 2. vaginal delivery at gestation age of 32 to 36+6 weeks, 3. being separated from the infant immediately after birth, 4. intends to breastfeed, 5. able to listen, speak, read, and write in Thai, 6. has access to a smartphone for communication, 7. Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obstetric and medical complications that are contraindications to breastfeeding include maternal infection with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), tuberculosis, and human T-cell lymphotropic virus type 1 (HTLV-1), as assessed from antenatal care records. 2. Psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, are identified based on postpartum maternal medical records, while postpartum depression is assessed using the two-question depression screening tool (2Q). 3. Infants with congenital anomalies or severe illnesses such as those requiring continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy, untreated congenital heart disease, or neonatal sepsis are considered ineligible for direct breastfeeding.
