Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients with dermatophytes infection diagnosed on clinical grounds and potassium hydroxide mount(KOH examination) 2. between age2-16 and willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diabetes mellitus or any other immunosuppression 2. having history of sensitivity to terbinafine or topical urea 3. patients with past or current hepatitis or other liver diseases were considered ineligible for the trial 4. Finally, patients with T.capitis and onychomycosis were not considered due to altered disease course and prolonged treatment regimes.
