Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged 18 years or older 2. Diagnosed with Cryptococcosis or Nocardiosis or Histoplasmosis or Talaromycosis or Aspergillosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with HIV infection 2. Participants with cancer 3. Participants who have undergone organ transplantation 4. Participants who have undergone stem cell transplantation 5. Participants with a history of corticosteroid or immunosuppressive drug use 6. Participants with a history of splenectomy

To determine the prevalence of anti-GM-CSF autoantibodies in patients with opportunistic infections without immunodeficiency retrospective chart review for data collection since 1st January 2018, and prospective data collection for 2 years Number, percentage, and 95% confidence interval

To determine the clinical characteristics and treatment outcomes of cryptococcosis and other opportunistic infections in immunocompetent Thai patients with anti-GM-CSF autoantibodies retrospective chart review for data collection since 1st January 2018, and prospective data collection for 2 years Number, percentage, and 95% confidence interval,To determine the HLA typing of cryptococcosis patients with anti-GM-CSF autoantibodies prospective data collection for 2 years nominal data
