60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The participants aged 60 years and above with sleep problems 2. Residing in nursing homes, who could read, understand instructions, and answer questionnaires. 3. A Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score indicated poor sleep quality. 4. Pass the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The participants with medical conditions affecting sleep and sleep movement disorders. 2. Medication history affecting sleep quality. 3. People who already use rain or white noise as part of their daily routines are also excluded.
