Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Grandparents aged 41 to 70 years who have cared for a child for at least six months 2.Having sufficient educational background to read and understand written text 3.Having no visual or hearing impairments 4.Willing to participate in the study throughout the entire program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Migrated out of the study area during the research period 2. Having health conditions that interfered with their ability to participate 3. Withdrew from the study after initial participation
