Olfactory training for 12 weeks with twice-daily sessions (morning and before bed-time)
In each session, participants sequentially use 4 odors with the highest scores on the Good Smell Index and sniff

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults age 18 years or older 2. Understand Thai language 3. No history of allergy to odorous stimuli used in the project
