Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients aged 18 years or older. 2.Diagnosed with end-stage chronic kidney disease and receiving care in a hemodialysis clinic within the 3-month period from June to August 2025. 3.Patients receiving at least one medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete or insufficient medication history for evaluation (e.g., incomplete drug use records). 2.Discontinuation of hemodialysis during the study period.
