60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) New patients aged 60 years and over, both male and female, admitted to the semi-intensive care unit. 2) Patients or immediate family members with decision-making authority consented to participate in the study. 3) At risk for pressure ulcers, assessed by The Braden Scale with a score of less than 19 and free of pressure ulcers prior to admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Receive palliative care in the final stages.
