Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Office staff of a hospital in Chanthaburi Province 2. have been working at the hospital for at least one month during the fiscal year 2025 3. voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Excluding office staff who took a study leave, 2.resigned or passed away during the study period.
