Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the study: 1)Pediatric patients aged 6-15 years with no systemic diseases 2)Opaque discolorations ranging from yellow to brown observed in permanent first molars and permanent incisors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the study: 1)Parents who do not agree to participate in our study 2)Patients who have not received a diagnosis of MIH, 3)Those with systemic and chronic diseases,

MeasureTime frame
The level of Stanniocalcin Saliva samples will be taken at the same time on the examination day Saliva samples taken will be analyzed biochemically.
