Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient groups 1.1.Patients registered for outpatient services in the Orthopaedic Surgery Examination Room 1.2.Patients who are Thai nationals 1.3.Patients who bring their national ID card 2.Nurse group 2.1.Registered nurses working in the outpatient department 2.2.Previous experience in traditional eligibility verification 2.3.Previous experience in the new eligibility verification system via Smart Card or Kiosk for at least one month 2.4.Voluntarily consented to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recipient Group - The recipient's ID card is an old model and the machine cannot read it. - The recipient's phone number has changed and does not match the database. Nurse Group - Nurses who resigned or transferred departments during the data collection period. - Unable to provide information or did not complete the questionnaire.
