18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1Trigger finger Quinnell grade 2, 3, 2Age 18-80 year old Exclusion cirteria 1Congenital trigger finger 2Degenerative joint diseases such as Gout or Rheumatoid arthritis 3Neurological disorders involving the brain and spinal cord 4Peripheral neuropathy and nerve compression syndromes 5Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus 6Undergoing dialysis with a hemodialysis machine 7Infections or skin conditions at the hand area where steroid will be injected 8Peripheral vascular disease and abnormal blood coagulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital trigger finger Neurological disease Neuropathic symptoms (radiculopathy, carpal tunnel syndrome) Degenerative joint disease Recurrent case Currently undergoing hemodialysis Infections Peripheral vascular disease gout, clotting disorder, anticoagulation therapy
