Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, with neuroimaging evidence from either computer tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) who admitted to The Thai Red cross Rehabilitation center 2.Onset of stroke more than 3 month 3. Age 45-85 years 4. Cognitive impairment (Have MoCA score 18-23) 5. Ability to follow instructions to complete the assessment and perform therapeutic activity 6. Consent to participate in the program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate verbally. 2. History of severe dementia or major neurocognitive disorder. 3. History of uncontrolled behavior such as agitation or confusion. 4. History of psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder or major depressive disorders.
