20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai females aged 20 to 40 years who are legally adult 2. with the ability to read and write in Thai 3. selected to minimize hormonal variability and ensure similar calcium requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have any chronic diseases, including liver-related conditions. 2. Have gastrointestinal disorders. 3. Have a history of cow milk protein allergy or lactose intolerance. 4. Are currently taking herbal products or dietary supplements of any kind. 5. Are pregnant or breastfeeding. 6. Have a history of bone fractures caused by any accidents. 7. Are taking medications that affect bone mineral density (e.g. bisphosphonates, vitamin D).
