Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 to 59 years 2. Healthy individuals without chronic diseases related to the respiratory or cardiovascular systems 3. No injuries or surgeries within the past 6 months prior to the test 4. Able to exercise by cycling and running at moderate-to-high intensity 5. Able to attach heart rate monitoring devices on both wrists and the chest area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who do not consent to participate in the study 2. Individuals with body temperature above 37C on test day 3. Individuals with history of abnormal events during or after exercise 4. Individuals with heart disease and respiratory disease 5. Pregnant women

Correlation of heart rate detection Continuous measurement over 45-minute exercise protocol. Mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE), and correlation coefficient (r) between smartwatch heart rate and Polar H10 chest strap reference.

Correlation between the participant's self-reported Rating of Perceived Exertion and the heart rate measured by the devices At predefined RPE reporting intervals during the 45-minute exercise protocol (e.g., minutes 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40).
