Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Cleft lip and/or cleft palate with maxilla hypoplasia -Maxillary advancement more than or equal to 6 mm -Orthognathic surgery with internal maxillary distractor -ASA class I, II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patient with history of craniofacial trauma -Patient allergic to medical resin in the study
