18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 30 years 2. Diagnosed with temporomandibular disorder according to the Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorders (DC/TMD) 3. Experiencing pain for more than 3 months, with symptoms present at the time of study enrollment 4. Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score of 4 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of surgery in the temporomandibular region 2. History of serious comorbid conditions, such as cancer, rheumatic diseases, or neurological disorders 3. History of psychiatric treatment 4. Receiving other psychosocial treatments during the study period
