Conditions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The sample groups in this research comprises recreational male bodybuilders aged between 18 and 25 years old. 2 The participants had 1 to 2 years of resistance training experience and engaged in resistance exercise at least three times per week. 3 Participants did not have any medical conditions. Participants had no history of using prohibit substances.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Volunteers were diagnosed with illnesses or injuries related to the following physiological systems during the course of the trial such as gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, muscular, immune, psychiatric, neurological, and hormonal systems. 2 Volunteers failed to consume the dietary supplements as prescribed by the researchers for at least two consecutive days or on six separate occasions. 3 Volunteers failed to adhere to the prescribed macronutrient ratios of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats for two days as outlined by the research protocol.
