Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For the mothers and the fathers: aged between 18-60 years, healthy in general, both biological parents and living together, be able to communicate in Thai language, have never cared for a newborn baby before and plan to take care of the infant by themselves, own a smartphone and be able to access and use the internet. 2. For preterm infants: singleton, born between 34 and <37 weeks of maternal gestation, APGAR score at birth > 7, no other serious illness such as genetic problems, congenital abnormalities, and respiratory distress, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to complete all implementation sessions, and/or withdraw or dropout from the study
