Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20 years and over. 2. All patients who are screened for myocardial ischemia (cardiac triage), both the old and new cardiac triage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patient 2. Patients with contraindications to Primary PCI 3. Patients with no resuscitation 4. Patients with cardiac arrest 5. Patients transferred from other hospitals 6. Patients who refuse treatment within the hospital
