Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) 2. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Classification I and II 3. 18 to 65 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with underlying hematological/coagulation disorder 2. Patients on antiplatelet 3. Patients with contradiction/allergic to contents in TXA 4. Previous history of VTE 5. Previous abdominal surgery except lower segment cesarean section (LSCS)/ gynaecological procedure 6. Patients with underlying IHD, CKD stage IIIB and above
