18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women 2. aged 18-28 years 3. BMI of 23-30 kg/m2 4. No respiratory problems or history of extremity injuries that impede movement 5. No caffeine consumption up to 2 hours before the intervention 6. Had to be committed to following the intervention until its completion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI below 23 kg/m2 (underweight or normal) or above 30 kg/m2 (obesity II) 2. Having cognitive impairment 3. Being pregnant 4. Experiencing excessive physical stress.
