Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children participating in the study 1.1 Aged 6 to 12 years 1.2 Have ADHD as diagnosed through screening using the DICA: Parent Version (Diagnostic Interview for Children and Adolescents , Parent Version) 2. Parents/caregivers participating in the study who 2.1 Are primary caregivers who have been caring for the child for at least 1 year and care for the child at least 4 days per week 2.2 Understand Thai language 2.3 Have internet access and are able to use the Line, Zoom application 2.4 Are available to participate in group sessions (online meetings) according to the scheduled dates and times 2.5 Aged 20-60 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children participating in the study 1.1 Have intellectual disability or autism as reported by parents/caregivers 2. Parents/caregivers participating in the study 2.1 Parents/caregivers who have previously participated in mindfulness training programs or dharma practice courses within the past 1 year 2.2 Parents/caregivers who have been practicing mindfulness in various forms, including sitting meditation, walking meditation, as well as dharma practice in daily life beyond these forms, with regular practice of no less than 4 days per week and continuous practice duration of more than 1 year 2.3 Parents/caregivers who have started taking psychiatric medications or adjusted existing psychiatric medication dosages within the past 3 months 2.4 Parents/caregivers who have psychiatric symptoms that interfere with program participation, such as severe mood symptoms, severe anxiety, significant cognitive impairment, as assessed by the research team
