18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.term pregnancy: Gestational age more than 37 weeks 2.age over 18 years 3.singleton 4.nulliparous women(no prior vaginal deliveries) 5.fetal in vertex presentation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Estimated fetal weight indicating: suspected fetal growth restriction or macrosomia (weight >more than 4000 grams) 2.Non-vertex fetal presentation 3.use instrumental delivery (e.g., vacuum or forceps) 4.Fetal distress 5.active genital infections that pose a risk to the fetus (e.g., active genital herpes)
