Age
20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years old and older 2. Moderate to severe dry mouth 3. Not allergic to xanthan gum 4. Able to eat by mouth 5. Not using other saliva substitutes ( stop more than 2 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to consume the product continuously 2. Use of other saliva substitutes ( during participation)
