Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Requiring full fixed orthodontic appliance treatment. 2. Adult patients aged 16 _30 years old. 3. patient with mild to moderate crowding. 4. optimum oral hygiene. 5. Defect enamel formation is absent in hypocalcification or hypoplasia. 6. Patient with no more than three restored teeth. 7. Orthodontic treatment without extraction during 4 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of fluorosis or other enamel defects. 2. Long-term medication intake due to chronic conditions. 3. The dental baseline visual will be assessed to rule out patients with white spot lesions (WSLs), cavities, or restorations on the buccal surface of upper and lower teeth. 4.Patient took antibiotics during the first four weeks of treatment. 5.Uncooperative patients.
