40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- 40-65 years old patients requiring at least one dental implant in their posterior upper jaws 2- no need for additional surgical procedure like sinus lift or ridge expansion and bone augmentation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Patients with systemic diseases that interfere with bone healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, patients receiving bisphosphonates or antiresorptive therapy. 2- those patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 3- Patients with a narrow alveolar ridge requiring ridge expansion due to insufficient horizontal bone width for implant placement. 4- Patients with maxillary sinus pneumatization requiring sinus lifting to compensate for reduced vertical bone height in the posterior maxilla.
