Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 60 and 80 years 2. Able to walk independently without the use of assistive devices 3. Do not have musculoskeletal disorders that affect the ability to exercise, such as muscle inflammation or bone fractures 4. Do not have neurological disorders, such as stroke or Parkinson disease 5. Do not have cardiovascular, respiratory, or circulatory conditions, such as asthma or heart disease 6. Do not have vision problems, such as blurred vision or double vision. Wearing glasses or contact lenses is acceptable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unable to complete the prescribed exercise program.
