Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with diabetes for at least 6 months and receiving oral antihyperglycemic medication, 2. Able to independently perform daily activities, 3. Fully conscious, 4. Low to moderate health literacy, 5. Able to read and write Thai, 6. willingness to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in the research for the specified number of times, possibly due to hospitalization, relocation, or death. 2. Changing the diabetes medication regimen. 3. Requesting to discontinue research participation.
