Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteer in Songpenong Hospital 2.Working experience more than 1 year 3.Can communicate in Thai very well 4.Can use a smartphone that can connect to the internet by itself 5.Informed consent process of research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not participating in the research activities until the end of the study 2.I would like to withdraw my registration as a village health volunteer during the research period 3.Relocation of residence during the research period 4.Deceased during the research period
