Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 .patient age 18-80 years old 2. patient diagnosed GERD according to Montreal definition 3. patients who had done EGD and EGD not shown esophagitis 4.patient who received PPIs at least 4 wks before enrolled to this study 5. Patients consented to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with history of banana or banana components allergy or previous history of banana allergy ,such as abnormal Vital signs, low blood pressure, severe allergic reaction and respiratory distress 2.patients who have pathology from EGD 3. H. pylori infection detected 4.Patients who have acute gastrointestinal bleeding 5.patients who have Hb < 10 g/dl 6.Patient who have involuntary weight loss > 5% in 1 month or 10% in 6 months 7.patient who have history of esophageal cancer 8.patients who have jaundice (TB > 2 mg/dl) 9.Patients with CKD stage4 (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2) 10.Patient who taking NSAIds or ASA or other anti platelets with in 4 wks 11. pregnant women or planing to pregnant or during breast feeding
