14 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Aged between 14 and 17 years. 2- Residing in the provinces of Canakkale or Bursa. 3- Registered as a licensed triathlete. 4- Having at least one year of triathlon training experience. 5- Able to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent (signed by the athlete and their legal guardian). 6- Physically healthy with no known chronic illnesses or musculoskeletal injuries at the time of data collection. 7- Available to participate in all testing sessions and the full 8-week training program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Younger than 14 or older than 17 years of age. 2- Not residing in Canakkale or Bursa provinces. 3- Not officially registered as a licensed triathlete. 4- Having less than one year of triathlon training experience. 5- Presence of any acute or chronic musculoskeletal injury or health condition that could affect physical performance. 6- Inability to commit to the full duration of the 8-week training period or participate in all required assessments. 7- Refusal to provide written informed consent (from the athlete or their legal guardian). 8- Participation in another structured training program during the study period that may interfere with study outcomes.
