Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Singleton pregnancy gestational age 18+0 - 23+6 weeks who visit at ANC clinic of MSMC 2) Age 18 years or more 3) No history of spontaneous preterm birth 4) Able to communicate in Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Fetal structural abnormality 2) Confirmed of chromosome abnormality 3) Placenta previa at third trimester 4) Indicated preterm birth 5) Stillbirth 6) Significant vaginal lesions 7) Allergy to condom or any lubricants 8) Patient withdrawal from research
