Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Locally advanced head and neck cancer. 2. Plan to receive concurrent chemoradiation. 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0-2. 4. Able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior radiotherapy to the head and neck region. 2. On tracheostomy tube.
