Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 years or older 2. Currently receiving at least 2.5 mg/day of prednisolone or at least 0.4 mg/day of dexamethasone 3. Receiving prednisolone or dexamethasone continuously for more than 3 months 4. No prior bone mineral density (BMD) assessment 5. No history of osteoporosis treatment (e.g., bisphosphonates, denosumab, calcitonin, or teriparatide)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior diagnosis of osteoporosis 2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding 3. Diagnosis of bone cancer or metabolic bone disease 4. Presence of severe comorbid conditions or bedridden status 5. Chronic kidney disease stage 4 or above, or contraindication to osteoporosis medications 6. History of adverse effects or intolerance to osteoporosis treatment 7. Previous referral for or history of bone mineral density testing performed at other hospitals
