25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 25 and 35 years. 2. No history of injury in the past six months. 3. No surgical procedures in the past year. 4. Absence of chronic systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or hypertension. 5. Residency in Canakkale for at least five years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age outside the 25 to 35 years range. 2. History of injury within the past six months. 3. History of surgery within the past year. 4. Presence of chronic systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or hypertension. 5. Residency in Canakkale for less than five years.
