60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with T2DM for 5 years or more 2. Able to walk independently 3. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neuromuscular disease, such as stroke, cerebral ataxia, Parkinson's disease, or head injury 2. Cardiovascular complications 3. injuries or ulcers in the lower extremities that interfere with standing and walking 4. Lack of verbal commands
