Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy male and female volunteers aged 35-60 years 2) Able to communicate, read and write Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed with lung disease, asthma or allergies, cardiovascular disease, respiratory system disease, neurological disease or head injury, gout or high uric acid, diabetes, high blood fat, high blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease, cancer, immune system disease , blood system disease, and diagnosed with psychiatric diseases such as anxiety or depression or schizophrenia or ADHD or autism or learning disorders 2 Have a history of drug abuse 3 Need to use any supplements or medications that affect the functioning of the nervous system as prescribed by the treating physician Before joining the project 4 Eating fermented food or yoghurt or probiotics more than 3 times a week 5 Exercising moderately strenuous more than or equal to 3 days a week 6 Taking any medication or other herbal medicines for at least 1 month before joining the project 7 Women receiving hormone therapy for menopause 8 Currently participating in other projects
