20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 80 years 2. Patients diagnosed with trigger finger 3. Trigger finger patients with an indication for surgical treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of surgery or trauma near the injection site 2. Patients with a known allergy to local anesthetics 3. Patients with a history of allergy to cold spray or alcohol-based spray 4. Patients with sensory impairment in the hand (two-point discrimination greater than 5 millimeters) 5. Patients with communication difficulties affecting interpretation of pain using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) 6.Pregnancy
