60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years or older 2. Able to walk independently for more than 10 meters without assistive devices 3. Presence of subjective cognitive complaints 4. Gait speed 1.5 standard deviations below age- and sex-matched norms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of dementia 2. Severe depression based on standardized assessment 3. Presence of neurological disorders 4. Presence of psychiatric disorders 5. Medical conditions that interfere with participation in physical or cognitive assessments 6. Presence of metallic implants, pacemakers, or other contraindications to brain stimulation or EEG 7. Inability to follow instructions or complete the intervention due to language or cognitive limitations 8. Concurrent participation in other interventional studies
