Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants were 1. women aged at 18 years or more 2. Self-reported urinary incontinence at least once in the past 4 weeks (International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms, ICIQ-FLUTS) 3. Could communicate fluently in Thai 4. Owned a smartphone or tablet 5. Provided signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current pregnancy 2. Inability to complete questionnaires 3. Withdrawal from the study
