Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Studying in 4 to 6 grades at primary school A and B, 2. Nutrition literacy instruction is needed to prevent becoming obese, 3. Those who have weight status according to weight for height (W/H) -1.5 SD to 2SD based on Thai standards using a graph., 4. Willing to participate in this research by signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Identify yourself as an individual with a hereditary disease or health issue that affects behavior changes concerning the student's health record card (S.E. 3), 2. Currently undergoing weight loss medication, diet, or other forms of treatment., 3.Transfers from school age to another school or absences from studies will not be included., 4. During the research project, the sample group got unwell.
